New Zealand Releases Energy Efficiency Guidance for Various Products
On 17 September 2019, the New Zealand Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority published a number of information sheets and guidance documents relating to various products. The information sheets set out the requirements for meeting minimum energy performance standards (MEPS) or mandatory energy performance labeling (MEPL) / energy rating labeling (ERL) for these products. These documents provide a useful checklist for those who import or manufacture these products in New Zealand. The products include the following:

- Air conditioners
- Refrigerated Cabinets

- Three-Phase Cage Induction Motors
- Heat Pumps
- Chillers
- Household Refrigeration
