Guide Overview

The EU regulatory landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace, and staying ahead of compliance deadlines is critical for businesses. From product safety, to advancements in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, the upcoming months are packed with significant legal deadlines.

Twelve of them land between September 2026 and June 2027 – starting with the Cyber Resilience Act’s vulnerability and severe-incident reporting obligations on 11 September 2026, and running through to the transposition deadline for textiles extended producer responsibility on 17 June 2027. Each one carries a different scope, a different set of obligations, and a different lead time for the teams who have to act on it.

To help with your horizon scanning, this guide counts down 12 of the key regulatory dates for companies to put on their radar – what applies, when it applies, and who it applies to.
