Kelly is a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist and Team Leader at Adherent, specializing in US state, federal, and international legislative and regulatory monitoring and analysis. She leads an expert team of regulatory professionals across the US and EU, advising clients on complex compliance strategies, international product requirements, and risk assessments.
Her core focus areas include chemicals in products (such as PFAS in products and TSCA regulations), product safety, and circular economy initiatives like Right to Repair and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). She also directs custom consulting projects that help global enterprises navigate evolving sustainability and supply chain mandates.
Before joining Adherent, Kelly built a 28-year career at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services. Leading an expert regulatory team, she ensured international laboratories and global corporate clients remained up to date on critical regulatory and legislative changes.
She holds an MBA, with special focus on operations management, business analytics, and ESG strategy, equipping her to align corporate compliance frameworks with both legal requirements and consumer expectations.
