The Challenge

The company was struggling to manage the growing volume and complexity of regulations on a global scale. With teams spread across different countries, their approach to compliance was fragmented and heavily manual.

  • As the volume and complexity of global regulations grew, they found it increasingly difficult to ensure timely compliance, leading to a real risk of regulatory misses.
  • They were particularly struggling with the demands of tracking regulations related to both product compliance and ESG. Their existing processes were consuming valuable time and resources while offering limited visibility into upcoming requirements.
  • This reactive approach made it difficult to stay ahead of changes, particularly in areas such as labelling, which are critical to their product lines.

The Solution

Recognising these challenges, the Head of Environmental Compliance worked with us in search of a centralized solution that could unify their regulatory efforts and reduce the compliance burden on their global teams.

C2P allowed them to monitor and manage developments efficiently and consistently across all jurisdictions. The integration of CLR, which focuses on content related to labelling requirements, further enhanced their ability to anticipate and prepare for changes affecting their product lines.

C2P was able to address these critical issues by allowing for:

  • Unified Regulatory Tracking: C2P allowed them to monitor a vast range of regulations for both product compliance and ESG, providing a centralized solution to a previously fragmented process.
  • Proactive Labeling Compliance: The platform’s powerful content and research capabilities helped the company stay ahead of complex labeling requirements, a critical need for their apparel and footwear lines.
  • Strategic Risk Visualization: The use of heatmaps provided a clear, visual representation of compliance risks across different products and markets, empowering management to make informed decisions.
  • Expert Support: Access to C2P’s team of experts provided essential guidance and clarity, reinforcing the company’s internal knowledge base and mitigating the need for external legal counsel.
